Hey Leah, I am surprised you didn't go out of your mind photographing a stapler! But you fufilled the assignment to the letter, one of the few people who really did. I will show your images in class tomorrow as an example, since many people neglected to focus on the compositional approach. One of the only questions I would ask about your images is--what were you intended to communicate by your manipulating of symmetry/assymetry? Do the different images give a different feeling? Or different thematic narrative about an artists use of materials? See you tomorrow Jane
This is one of the first photographs I took. The stapler in centered and entire picture is divided evenly into thirds.
